PARSWOOD lenticular depth filter cartridges clarify compatible process liquids using cellulose-based sheets with mineral filter aids and resins. The media combines surface interception, depth filtration and adsorptive capture to reduce particulate and colloidal loading.

Select your module

Choose the nominal filtration grade and module configuration below. The online range uses Family A media, 16 cells and NBR (Buna) seals.

  • 12-inch DOE with gaskets: CAD $233.02 per module.
  • 12-inch DOE with gaskets and handle: CAD $242.93 per module.
  • 16-inch DOE with gaskets: CAD $501.32 per module.

Each of these three configurations is offered in all 11 Family A grades. An additional 12-inch DOE double-O-ring configuration is listed in the 0.6–1.0 µm grade as part number L006S12B16, at CAD $305.25 per module. Match this connection to your existing housing; it is distinct from the flat-gasket DOE modules.

Applications

  • Wine, beer, cider and juice clarification.
  • Filtration of compatible syrups, vinegar, edible oils, cosmetics and process liquids.
  • Prefiltration to reduce loading on downstream fine or membrane filters.

Nominal media grades

Family A selection ranges: 0.1–0.3, 0.2–0.4, 0.4–0.6, 0.6–1.0, 1–3, 2–5, 3–7, 10–15, 25–30, 40–50 and 50–60 µm.

These ranges are nominal depth-filtration selection references, not absolute membrane ratings or sterilizing-grade claims. Select the grade for your liquid, solids loading, required clarity and flow rate.

Materials and operating limits

  • Media: Cellulose, diatomaceous earth, perlite and resins, depending on grade.
  • Support components: Polypropylene.
  • Seals in the online range: NBR (Buna).
  • Maximum operating temperature: 80°C.
  • Maximum differential pressure: 2.0 bar at 25°C or 1.0 bar at 80°C.

Filtration area and installed dimensions depend on the module configuration. Confirm housing fit and compatibility with the process liquid and cleaning procedure. The standard modules on this page are separate from our backwashable lenticular range.
