Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Parswood’s delivery terms are FOB point of shipment. Shipment schedules are approximate only and are as accurate as present conditions permit. Parswood assumes no responsibility or liability for failure or delay in making delivery or otherwise performing hereunder when such failure or delay is due to any cause beyond its control and without its fault or negligence. Delivery to a common carrier shall constitute delivery to Buyer and all risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by Buyer. If because of Buyer's inability to take delivery, the materials or equipment are not shipped, Parswood may have them stored for Buyer at Buyer's expense, risk and account, and for all other purposes they shall be considered "shipped." Parswood may make partial deliveries which Buyer shall accept and pay for at the prices quoted by Parswood in writing. If any part of the order is not delivered by Parswood or is not in accordance with the order, the remainder of the order and Buyer's obligation thereunder shall not be affected.

Customs, Import Taxes & Global Tariffs (Canada, U.S., and International Orders)

At Parswood, we proudly serve customers across Canada, the United States, and worldwide. To ensure transparency, please note the following:

  • Some products may be shipped from outside your country.

  • Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (e.g., GST/HST, VAT), and brokerage fees, depending on the destination country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any future tariffs or global trade restrictions introduced by your local or foreign governments will also be the responsibility of the end-user.

While we take care to select cost-effective shipping methods and minimize declared values where appropriate, we cannot guarantee exemption from import charges or global tariffs.

If you have questions about potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs authority or border services agency before placing an order.

PACKAGING

All items sold hereunder shall be packed or crated and shipped in accordance with Parswood's best judgment. Any special packing, crating, or shipping instructions of Buyer must be noted on Buyer's original order and acknowledged by Parswood.
